Is Paripesa legal in Ghana
The Paripesa license is an international remote gaming authorisation issued in Curaçao by an authorised eGaming body for online gambling in permitted territories. The regulator’s public register shows the issuance date and current validity term, which you can verify any time, and enforces fair play audits, secure operations, and AML or CTF controls aligned to international standards. Use in Ghana remains subject to Ghanaian law and the Gaming Commission of Ghana, and personal data is protected under licence conditions and Ghana’s Data Protection Act, 2012 (Act 843).
